Insurance and Billing
It is Central Park ENT policy that the patient pay for all Co-Pays, known deductibles, and co-insurance at the time of service. We will also request all patients without insurance to make payment at the time services are rendered. In addition, we ask that any previously unpaid balances be paid prior to a new visit.
Payment Options
Cash, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. No checks, no post dated checks and no third party checks will be accepted. Please arrange to make surgery deposit payments by cash, money order, debit or credit card. We also accept Care Credit. Call our office for details, or log onto www.carecredit.com.
For any questions regarding surgical benefits PRIOR to surgery, please call (817) 261-9191, option 0. We find it very important to clear up any unresolved billing matters prior to continued treatments, such as surgery, to preclude any unexpected, burdensome debt for our patients.
Regardless of insurance plan or type, patients are ultimately responsible for paying for their medical bills. While Central Park ENT files claims directly to the insurance company and makes every attempt to seek payment from the insurance company when applicable, we will look to the patient for payment if a claim is denied. It is crucial that we receive the correct insurance information as well as the card holder’s information.
