Mohamad Babi, M.D.

Dr. Mohamad Babi was born in Chicago and grew up in Alabama before moving to his family’s home country of Syria during his teenage years. After completing high school, he returned to Alabama and attended Birmingham-Southern College, where he graduated as valedictorian of his class. He then attended medical school at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine. Dr. Babi completed his residency training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Louisville, where he earned several awards, including the Banas and Rose Cohen Compassionate Service Award in 2022, the House Staff of the Year Award in 2023, and the Serge A. Martinez MD Award in 2024.

Dr. Babi joined Central Park ENT in August 2024, where he practices a wide gamut of comprehensive ENT. Interests include general adult and pediatric ENT, sinonasal diseases and allergy, hearing loss and ear disorders, sleep disorders, head and neck cancers including thyroid and parotid, and voice disorders.  Dr. Babi enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter as well as DIY projects and traveling.
