INSPIRE® therapy – A Mask-Free Solution for Obstructive Sleep Apnea

If you’ve been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and struggle to tolerate a CPAP machine, you’re not alone. Many people find sleeping with a mask uncomfortable or difficult to maintain, making it challenging to get the consistent treatment they need. Fortunately, there is another option.

At Central Park ENT, we offer Inspire® therapy, an FDA-approved, mask-free treatment for adults with obstructive sleep apnea who are unable to use or benefit from CPAP. During a minimally invasive outpatient procedure, a small device is implanted near the collarbone. While you sleep, it delivers gentle stimulation that helps keep your airway open, allowing you to breathe naturally throughout the night.

The procedure typically takes about an hour, and most patients experience a smooth recovery, returning to normal activities within just a few days. Using a handheld remote or smartphone app, you can easily turn your therapy on before bed and off when you wake up, giving you greater comfort and control over your treatment.

If you’re searching for an effective alternative to CPAP or want to learn more about obstructive sleep apnea treatment, our experienced team at Central Park ENT can help determine whether Inspire therapy is right for you. Contact us to learn more. Our goal is to help you breathe easier, sleep more soundly, and wake up feeling rested with a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Sleep comfortably. Breathe naturally. Wake up refreshed.

Quality sleep begins with healthy, uninterrupted breathing. Inspire® therapy is an FDA-approved treatment for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) that works comfortably inside your body to help keep your airway open while you sleep.

A small implant gently stimulates your airway muscles with each breath, helping you breathe naturally throughout the night, without a CPAP mask or hose. See how Inspire works below.
